I'm Siddhartha, and I'm delighted to be making my first appearance on Substack. As a software professional, I'm continuously seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge both personally and professionally. Over the years, I've developed a keen interest in a variety of subjects such as finance, geopolitics, economics, sports, and culture, and I've been contemplating using social media to share the knowledge I've gained.
However, being an introvert, my initial attempts to use Instagram for this purpose didn't go as planned, and I quickly realized that it wasn't the ideal platform for me. Fortunately, I discovered Substack, and it piqued my interest. It provides the freedom to share my thoughts, data, images, and videos, as well as write a few paragraphs to explain concepts thoroughly.
So here I am, embarking on a new journey with all of you. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share my learnings and experiences with you, and I hope that my contributions can be valuable to you as well.
My intentions
Simply put, my objective is to acquire fresh knowledge and disseminate it to the community, resulting in mutual advantages. My prime emphasis will be on various facets of contemporary India, encompassing its favourable, adverse, and other diverse aspects. The underlying notion is to delve into new subjects that are pertinent to India's development trajectory.
My people
My aim is to establish a community that shares my belief in the India story. Throughout my journey on Substack, I invite people to express their views, both in agreement and disagreement, and offer constructive criticism towards my work.
What can you expect
I intend to choose an India-specific topic, conduct thorough research, and publish a weekly post sharing my findings.
